Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) focuses on the lymphatic system. A prime role of our lymphatic system is immunity. Our lymphatic system sits above our muscles and therefore requires a different technique, and a much lighter technique. While the pressure is significantly lighter our lymphatic system in innervated by our autonomic nervous system which means, it's very relaxing.

I am currently finishing my MLD post-op certification. But at this time I am working with clients with a healthy and intact lymphatic system.

60 minutes: $120

90 minutes: $180

MLD is done hands on, just like a massage. Please know, if between the time of booking and your appointment, you become sick or have an infection you will be required to reschedule.
